    Jack Hopper at geek squad is absolutely the best. Verizon , down the street, basically blew me off- said they couldn't do anything with the charging port on my phone,and my only option was buying a new one..Jack cleaned it up,took care of it- saved me buying a new phone ,and didn't even charge me for it. Refreshing to know there are people like Jack who actually care.

    Was not a bad experience everybody is very knowledgeable. But when it's coming to a specific cord which I needed it's better to just go online instead of hunting for what you needed and they didn't have it not their fault but still

    Best BUY is one of my favorite places. They have great prices. The staff is knowledgeable and I'm always greeted. Normally can get zero percent on major places.

    I purchased an office deal and chair online. Before I made the purchase, I went into the store and asked if they had assembly service. I was told that they did. Once i received my order, I went back into the store to schedule for an assembly. Then, they told me they didn't offer assembly services. I requested for a 50% partial refund since I got stuck with the products and I did my due diligence. They told me to contact the sender and they would refund me. I contacted Elite Fasten and they basically said, "No, there is no assembly services and we're not going to refund you." I'm shocked by this incident. Even èndatu meditates between the buyer and the seller! I did everything right and nobody wants to take responsibility! I don't understand why I have to suffer from the misinfornatoon provided. I think best Buy and the sender should figure this out. But, I was given incorrect information and neither Best Buy not the seller wants to be responsible! Well, watch out when you make an online purchase. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
