The store manager, Jennifer, was amazing!!!!! She explained what had happened, got my phone up and running! Helped me reinstall important apps and deleted some apps that were causing issues. Jennifer was a tremendous help! Very knowledgeable, friendly, full of positive energy!! Thanks again for Jennifer!!!!
