  No where does it say in any of the confirmation emails that another will be sent a day before the appointment and that its NOT a reminder, but you have to respond before the end of the buisness day or they just give your appointment slot to someone else despite have such limited spots to make apointments for. NOT ONCE, on any emails does it say there is a risk of the appointment being cancled or at what time you have to respond. NO WHERE. EDIT: I did respond to confirm the morning of, there was nowhere that said this wasn't okay on the email or even the confirmation window. They only sent the email out the day before the appointment anyways where I was at work all day and would not have been able to respond to it fast enough. I even signed into their website and looked several times throughout the day to see that the appointment was still okay. I then drove 40 minutes and arrived early with all my documents and was turned away. There was no email telling me that the appointment had been canceled and the phone number had autofilled in wrong. They also only had one vet on staff on a Thursday while having several receptionists and could not take a look at my pet at all that day. My email had been confirmed as well as my account and yet neither of those got notice of a cancelation or even a possibility of it. They offered to reschedule with no apologies, but I saw their schedule and it would have been weeks before he could have been seen again.

  Me and my husband and my dog midnight had the best experience the Dr and all his girls in the office are the sweetest and so caring and take time to explain everything thats going on with ur pet just such great atmosphere and so inviting for the animal.
