  I had asked a few times about certain products being ordered through their system and my friend had been able to order the item earlier in the day. When I go, a different employee says their system can not even order that type of product and there’s no way my friend did, even though he literally did. Shady employees.

  I wish I could give zero stars. I went in to the Mayfield OH store pick up a computer monitor. It was not a $1000 monitor so it was not displayed on the floor. I asked for some help, then asked again, and then again. I was told it would be 5 minutes each time I asked. After 25 minutes of waiting I walked out. A man in a yellow shirt asked if I found everything I needed and I explained NO, I was looking for a monitor but nobody was available to help. He then asked what I was looking for, I told him. Then the best part. As he stood in front of 2 computer monitors, he asked if I looked, I explained it was not on display, then he asked if I had the SKU number. Why would anyone have that??? I said no I don't, then he started to shame me for not having the SKU number. I guess he couldn't look it up. Zero customer service and I was treated like a child by the 20 year old manager. I will never shop at Best Buy ever again. To the alleged store owner, your social media is nothing more than a copy of what is in Google reviewsz so what's the point?

  I found what I needed but the staff was not very helpful and they seemed understaffed as well there weren't many staff members around the store to help

  I am was a tourist in the area. My cellphone screen broke and i decided to buy a new., cell phone. I asked for help transfering my data. Because the screen was out of order, it was very difficult handling and doing the job . It required alot of extra thought and knowledge. The salesman worked on it with a lot of patience!!! Did a great job!!! e
