  What an awful experience I got absolutely no respect from the cricket worker who was getting irritated by me asking questions it was a heavyset bald guy. He was very rude and didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about he seemed like he just wanted me to leave. I will never deal with cricket cause of that store and that employee

  It is a great place and the lady is so helpful. Been with them for around 14 years. Never had a problem with them.

  Great service and most affordable especially if you are a multi line family but do your research and order online. Financially they are just sticking it to you in store!! I actually purchase most of our unlocked cricket network phones for far cheaper on eBay or Groupon. If they are unlocked then should you decide to change carriers you USUALLY can do so.

  This is the worst Cricket Wireless store I have ever been in. They can't do much other than sell you a phone. There are many other Cricket stores within traveling distance that is much better.
