I went during hours the store was supposed to be open. They were not open.

What an awful experience I got absolutely no respect from the cricket worker who was getting irritated by me asking questions it was a heavyset bald guy. He was very rude and didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about he seemed like he just wanted me to leave. I will never deal with cricket cause of that store and that employee

The retailer behind the counter was very helpful. She spoke in a language about the phones I could understand. Nice job and keep doing it.
