Kind and professional staffers. You and your loved pet are in good hands.

Why every single visit the front desk staff are always so nasty and not friendly. Also when you call their equally rude on the phone. No smile, nothing. They all look and act miserable like they are so inconvenienced! Just dont feel welcomed there and the front desk staff day and evening made me make the decision to leave there, also Dr. Koenig is not very nice.

I had a bad experience here with Alison Creighton, Hospital Manager, regarding facility maintenance being performed during visits. A wildly inaccurate letter regarding conversations was mailed to me regarding this and detailed fallacies and unprofessionalism. I would not do business here or with her.

If you want your pet to live a long, happy, healthy life, do NOT bring them here!

We had problems with giving our dog pills. Nurse Charlotte helped us on her time and got our dog through the night. Thank you so much. We have been coming here for 25 years with our first dog and now with our older dog now. Never had a bad experience.
