  I came into Cricket because I hit a wrong setting and couldn't figure how to undo it. Within a minute it was fixed and I'm a happy customer.

  Abe is the best customer service representative. My brother needed help getting a new phone and service off of straight talk. Abe quickly got him set up, synchronized his contacts and a new phone in about a half hour. Since I was in the store, he helped me find a phone cover too. ABE IS The Man.

  Person didn't want to help fix phone problem. He wouldn't troubleshoot. He just wanted to sell me a new one. The service has went down hill since 2014. I used to be able to get good cell service but now I have trouble getting signal.
