    I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Kessler and her team today! Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of her assistant, but I really wish I had because she was equally as helpful, kind, and caring. They took amazing care of both Rey and Oliver. They truly listened to everything I had to say and took all of my concerns seriously. Dr. Kessler came in and we were able to address everything, discuss the best options, and come up with solutions that I felt comfortable with. Her assistant then went over the estimate with me and made sure I understood everything before they proceeded. Even the front office staff was kind and welcoming when we checked out, which made the entire experience feel positive from beginning to end. I also appreciate the convenience of having my Simparica delivered directly to my home. I’m currently waiting on some test results, but I feel confident that I’ll hear back as soon as they’re available. Most importantly, I left feeling like Rey and Oliver were genuinely cared for and that my concerns were heard. That means so much to me as a dog mom. ❤️🐾 Thank you to Dr. Kessler and the entire team for taking such great care of my babies. I’m very happy with my visit and would absolutely recommend them!

    The staff and doctors here are very compassionate. They treat my anxious husky (mix) with speed and grace. Unfortunately, we have to do sedated nail trims and he requires sedation for major exams. They do great with Draco and they also recognize and understand my anxiety. I will never take him anywhere else.. unless I move out of state. Oh yeah, my emergency visit was $510 compared to the $1440 estimate I got from VEG ER.

    Dealing with a pet emergency is never something you want to go through. VCA turned this stressful experience into something easy to handle and took a lot of the stress away with their level of care. Cannot thank the team at VCA Mill Run enough for taking care of my Chloe ❤️
