  Walked in to Cricket to transfer my phone from T-Mobile and John was absolutely phenomenal! The process was so fast and simple. I thought I would be in there for hours but under 30 min. Come to this location only guys 😊

  John was the most awesome person that I've ever dealt with when it comes to phone and internet he should have a pay raise and he was amazing he went over and above to make sure our phones were in store and turned on and he hooked us up with internet the best experience I've ever had!

  Spectacular customer service!! John is very helpful, kind and informative! Purchasing experience was very easy and fast, and I feel I got a very good deal considering I previously tried to buy the same phone from another carrier and it was almost double what Cricket wanted!

  Walked into the store today to upgrade my phone and John helped me. He was exceptional! Very eloquent in his speech and manor. He certainly deserves a raise of some kind please. Great customer service.
