This is an awesome place to bring your pets. Dr.Edington and the entire staff are some of the most friendly and informative people I have ever met. Very affordable too! My most sincere thank you for your professionalism and courtesy.

I have a reactive blue heeler that will forever hold a place in my heart. He does require accommodations because of his behavior and the understanding that the staff/team had for his patient intake today, just meant the absolute most and reinforces that I made the right choice in my buddy’s care team! The staff’s knowledge, patience and understanding is a requirement for this boy & I am so grateful to them!

I cannot thank Dr. Row and the entire staff for the way they cared for my puppy Louie. He was very sick and time and care was taken to figure out what was going on and get him better so he could come home. I absolutely had no doubt that he was getting excellent care and being loved on while he was in their care. Also, Dr. Row was excellent at giving updates and explaining everything that was happening. THE best vet ever!

I do not recommend this vet at all. Our dog was having severe eye issues, when we took him in they were dismissive of the problem and just gave us some eye drops. They tried to make us pay a fee for the visit even though the first visit is supposed to be free. After a week of continual problems, we took him to a different vet, Lincoln Way in Upper Sandusky. We highly recommend them, the same test was HALF THE PRICE there and they actually knew what they were doing. It turns out our dog has glaucoma in BOTH EYES that VCA Findlay missed. He is at risk of going blind and was in extreme pain that whole time. Because of VCA Findlays lack of care, our dog suffered for over a week before we got an actual diagnosis. What a waste of money. I would never trust them. How can you look at that dogs eye and not find any problems with it?? How can you not do the proper tests?? Now he may lose both his eyes. We are heartbroken for him and furious that it was not caught at VCA Findlay. We will never go there again.
