  I used to absolutely love this place. I have been rescuing cats for 10+ years and have always brought cats in need of care to the VCA, even when I was not planning to keep them, as well as my own pets(cats and dogs) and have even used their boading and grooming services(we were never impressed with these though). The care and compassion were too notch and the vets always listened and explained things with kindness and intelligence. This being one of the more exspensive vets in the area, I was happy to pay the price for top notch care. But... Recently within the last few years, I can no longer justify paying so much for sub par care. (Outside of their surgeon who has always done a phenomenal job and has always been amazing in explaining care and reasoning.) We have run into vets who do not listen to concerns, are outright rude, refuse to do tests that were asked for, talked down to me like a toddler and one even made judgements about my finances when I asked for a specific medical test to be done, her response was "they're exspensive" in a super snotty and aggressive tone. I have never carried a balance here and ALWAYS pay for my animals care before leaving the office. We are done with this practice. I would advise against bringing any animals here. The emergency vet in toledo was actually CHEAPER and they provided better care, respect and clear and intelligent medical reasoning skills. even though they were super busy and we had to wait 2 hours before even being seen. We were there a total of 4 hours and I would do it again to avoid this vet altogether. This is actually very saddening to me because we have run into a lot of very compassionate vets thru this clinic over the years, but I dont think any of them even work there anymore(besides the surgeon). The fact that they keep these very rude type of vets employed tells me that they must be hard up for good vets or their values have changed altogether. More than enough reason for me to seek out a new clinic. Bottom line, I would advise against this place, especially since most places can show basic respect, decency, provide better care and they are generally cheaper. I'm not paying to be insulted because the vet has a superiority complex.

  Excellent veterinary staff, but not very flexible schedules. We've been with them for years, never missing an appointment--always early--but ran late one time due to traffic (less than 10 minutes) and had to reschedule for another day. Worst part is we let them know 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment that we were definitely coming and they still wouldn't hold it. Otherwise, it's a great place to take your pets. The animals love them and the staff are so good with the animals. Usually, they are pretty good with pet owners, too.

  Thank you to Dr. Erica Row for your time, expertise, and caring attention for our dog Finn. We always appreciate your valuable knowledge and compassion for our dog. In the past when we had an urgent concern they were quick to get us help, whether it was a phone call or in office visit. This is invaluable as a pet owner. The staff members are always friendly and treat your pet like their own. I highly recommend Dr. Row and VCA.

  TERRIBLE AWFUL SERVICE, MONEY HUNGRY, SLAMMED DOOR IN MY GIRLFRIENDS FACE BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT PAY 3000$?? And was VERY RUDE NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!
