I am a 62 year old woman and I am not really tech savvy. So my kids normally do everything for me. I was literally in tears when I left, the old cellphone provider. I came into this cricket location and Sam was absolutely amazing. I did not believe he could do what he said, but it was worth a try I was already at nothing. I left that store happier than I had been in a month. I know he was just doing his job.But it is so refreshing to find someone that's good at what they do.And they actually do have the knowledge about the job they're doing. He actually stayed 44 minutes after the store closed to make sure that I was satisfied now. That is good customer service I almost feel like I should come and give him donuts or lunch, or something tomorrow. The service and his personality was absolutely exceptional.
