  Jose Castillo was an amazing help to me! He took the time to answer any and all of my questions, was very patient and kind. I left with my watch set up, knowing exactly what my bill would be and other great information to know. He took his time and did not rush me. 5/5 would recommend. This will be the location I will go to in the future for any Cricket needs.

  My experience at this Cricket location was the best I have ever had in purchasing my new phone. The service and time setting up my phone was very detailed and Ali (my salesman) was so helpful and kind. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Cricket !!!

  How can I say this the sell s person at Delaware store can give your company something to smile about She had a store full of people she was doing it all I don't know how but she made sure that everyone feel important and comfortable even when she was jiggling 4 customers I hope you all really know what you have with her I would give her 100%plus thought you should know I think her name was Samantha the store Name Delpho wireless I was there on 6 16 23 She should be at the top of your Company the way I see it

  I have been with cricket for a little over a year now and have had no problems whatsoever....I've recently added my son on my plan and I have to say that the associate that has been helping me for the last couple visits is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! She goes above and beyond for the customer Samantha Farmer makes me feel as if we've known each other a long time.
