- BCBobby CarpenterAug 14, 20261.0I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the owner of this business was bad enough that I feel others should be aware. The way I was treated was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly shocking for someone who owns and operates a business that depends on customers. Basic courtesy and respect should not be too much to expect when walking into a store, yet the attitude and treatment I received made it seem as though customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. There is a big difference between having a bad day and treating people as though they are beneath you. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone. There are plenty of businesses that actually appreciate their customers and understand how to treat people with basic decency and professionalism. I will gladly take my business elsewhere, and I strongly suggest others consider doing the same.
