  People sleep on best buy but if youre looking for something quality and you do your research you'll find the best prices there. They always have some sort of sale and the staff are eager to help and super friendly. Can't recommend it enough

  My mom came in with her broken lively phone to switch her number to a new phone not only did the girl not switch her into a new phone and keep her number she opened a new account charged her $35 and didn't even activate her phone for her which I guess I'm glad because I had to fix this problem and it probably would have been a lot worse had she done her job the way she was not supposed to do it ... either way, it was a problem for me. Also to the owner who left the response thank you but my mom will be 96 in a few weeks and she does not have social media she does not have an email I take care of all the stuff because I lost my brother and my dad so it's just me taking care of her. And after talking to lively we trusted you to take care of her but that didn't happen.
