    Terrible bestbuy at Easton is doing a bit of reorganization in the store which has the whole store in disarray and poorly understaffed. It took over 20 minutes to locate someone that remotely looked like they worked there and this was after 2 higher management team members simply ignored my presence to discuss floor layout plans for a store that looks like a daycare gym. Went in knowing exactly what I desired to purchase with details features I wanted and still even with the bare minimum of help of staff on the store still sold the wrong product. Do not recommend this particular location for your big purchase intentions your going to be leaving in some form of disappointment

    Geek squad has my studio computer. They told me to call them. I CANNOT GET PAST THE STUPID AI SYSTEM AND THEY NEVER TRIED CALLING ME!!! Im going to have to find a ride, disabled, just to yell at them to CALL me instead of letting a machine take care of it. FIX MY DAM COMPUTER AND STOP PLAYING AI GAMES WITH CUSTOMERS!!! I HATE BEST BUY NOW AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!! Do not support AI powered businesses. Theyre a pop culture joke and DO NOT FUNCTION. They just happened to do so much business that they can stay in business but they will struggle and suffocate and die and good riddance with the way they're using the system. It's absolutely absurd that I cannot get a hold of my repair tech after being told to call them. Why not just call me? This is a pathetic store

    The 2 geek squad members I talked to were great and very nice people. Best Buy's computer repair model does not work for me. First, they have outsourced their customer service. So, you can no longer talk to the employees at the store, you'll just talk to someone from India. They quite literally cannot help you or give you direction with your computer problem, nor can they patch you in directly to the store. They just tell you, "Keep caling back, and when they're not busy, the call will go to them". Buddy, it's 2026, every retail location in America is a ghost town at noon on a weekday. You CANT call there. So I rolled the dice and brought my computer in for a BIOS update. They quoted it at $250. I immediately knew this was ludicrous and I could have avoided bringing my machine up to the store and all of this nonsense. 100% avoidable. To give you a comparison, I immediately called Micro Center, was able to speak with a customer service agent in seconds who knew my problem, and they quoted it at $30, almost 10x less. Best Buy needs to change their model quick, because anyone who cares about their computer or has any knowledge would never trust this process.

    Cancel your best buy accounts, get ur personal information out of best buys data base on morse road. There is an employee using peoples info working with someone to order things online and pick them up. This was more than just someone hacking a card online. This was local. $500.00 switch

    The store manager, Zachary, was outstanding—truly a 5/5 experience. Unfortunately, my interaction with the Post Purchase Team was extremely disappointing. I don’t write many reviews, and when I do—positive or negative—it’s because the experience was significant. I make a point to remain respectful and constructive, but this situation warrants direct feedback. My wife and I travel frequently for work and needed a replacement laptop immediately. She located one at this store and placed an order for one-hour pickup. Given the higher price point, the credit card company requested verification, which we fully understand and promptly completed. At this time the payment had been processed and the laptop was onsite!!! We were then connected with the Post Purchase Team. Despite the issue being resolved, the representative and their manager, Ssyed, refused to allow the store to release the laptop. This was particularly frustrating because the store manager confirmed there were two physically available units and was willing to provide one. Instead, we were told we would need to wait until the 17th for fulfillment—despite the product already being in stock at that location. As travelers, we may not even be in town by then, making this solution impractical. Additionally, Ssyed declined to provide a last name and was unwilling to deviate from scripted responses, repeating the same information without addressing the situation. This lack of flexibility and problem-solving made an already frustrating experience worse. For context, the majority of my company’s expenses are with Walmart, Home Depot, and Best Buy. Experiences like this directly influence where we choose to do business. If not for Zachary’s professionalism and willingness to help, I would strongly consider moving future electronics purchases elsewhere. Brick-and-mortar retailers already face increasing competition, and employees like Ssyed do little to inspire confidence in Best Buy’s ability to retain customer loyalty.
