  We had a last minute kiddo iPad crash before a big car trip. Upon arrival, we realized it was the launch of the new iPhone and the Genius Bar closed down for the launch. The staff went above and beyond to help us get up and running as walk-ins on a very busy night. When they could have bumped us to Sunday, they made sure we had what we needed. Thank you so much for taking good care of us!

  Now I understand why this store has so many negative reviews. My experience was honestly terrible. I needed a simple battery replacement for my iPhone because the battery health was degraded. I called the store first and they told me they could book an appointment and finish the job in about an hour. They scheduled me for Sunday 9/13 at 3:50 pm. I drove 30 minutes to get there. When I arrived they made me wait at the table for around 30 minutes, then someone came over and said they had the part but were too busy and couldn’t do the repair that day. They told me to just come back within 5 days. I was already frustrated because I specifically confirmed over the phone that they could do it same day. Still, I went home and called again on Tuesday afternoon. I spoke with Rich/Richard, who said no problem and booked me for 4:30 pm on 9/15. When I showed up, same exact story — they said they couldn’t repair it and wanted me to leave my phone overnight and pick it up the next day at 11 am. I was really annoyed at this point and argued with them. Only then did they agree to do the repair, but told me I’d have to wait more than 3 hours and my phone would be ready around 7:45 pm. So I sat there for hours for a basic battery swap that they had already confirmed twice over the phone they could handle quickly. This whole thing felt like a complete waste of time and energy. Confirmed appointments, drove all the way there twice, and still got the runaround both times. Extremely disappointing and frustrating service.

  Zamzam was absolutely amazing!! My husband and I could not be more grateful for her total knowledge of Apple, how things work and so on. When I told her that I would be driving back home for 2 1/2 hours and didn’t want my phone down for that long she showed me exactly what to do when I get home to fix the issues. Zamzam I hope Apple truly appreciates you as employee. Because you were so sweet kind and knowledgeable. You never rushed us even though the store was getting busy, you kept your attention on us and did amazing! Apple give this girl a raise and a customer service expert of experts title. She was GREAT!

  I scheduled for a battery replacement at this location for the fact of it being an Apple Store and they have more inventory than other places. Upon entering the store I was helped immediately, and that someone would be with me in a few minutes. Literally a few seconds later someone was there to check me in and get the appointment started. They explained the appointment throughly and what they were going to have to do. Quoted me two hours for same day repair. I went back at said time and they had my phone completely ready to go. As you see there are some bad reviews on here but my experience was fantastic. Will definitely go here for any future needs. Also they gave me my phone and the battery only had 18-20 percent but that is for their safety while doing the repair. When I did charge my phone, it charged faster than it ever has! Totally impressed on how it really does make a difference getting your battery replaced. Don’t let the bad reviews sway you on this location. They are great and every employee was kind and quick to help.
