  People can be pretty ruthless with Apple stores, seems most of the issues are people not scheduling an appointment online and this being a pretty busy location. After some googling this seemed to be the best Genius Bar location in the area. Ricky helped me get checked in for my 15 pro max battery to be replaced, went over other options like trade in since I was checking out the 17 Pro. Overall friendly, timely and just a positive experience that eased my nerves since to be honest I did not have time to fully back up my phone (back up your phone). Kyle brought the phone out and went through everything quickly just to make sure I was happy, checked my battery health (back to 100% yay) and I was on my way. Just over an hour from dropping the phone off to leaving and 10 minutes before scheduled pickup time. Customer service and support is one of the big reasons I have stuck with Apple. If there’s ever any issues they are usually quick to resolve it and if you do have to wait a few minutes there’s always something new you can check out while waiting. It’s nice having a physical location with friendly staff to help instead of a carrier or a chat bot. Thanks again! - Brandon P.

  Can register for help their site keeps sending me to Akron, and no one is available to help because it takes 2 to 4 people to assist a customer

  Got helped immediately but was told we couldnt be helped today even though it was well over an hour before close. If you cant recieve walk in help, your not additional help for me. I was going to update my office to Mac but will now be staying with Windows.

  I never write reviews. All i needed was a battery swap. Took me 4 visits and probably over 4 hrs because i was out of town between the time. Had the part in stock and refused to fix 4+ hrs before closing. Marketing was extremely aggressive. Workers don’t know anything and are lethargic. Actual swap was good. Corporate Marketing Bullshit. I recommend ordering ur part with micro center and getting it fixed there if you don’t want your time wasted.
