Most recently I lost my phone and could not even contact Support to file a claim with my Theft+Loss coverage, so they called Support and handed me the phone right in the store so I could talk to Support directly lol. A young lady named Chelsea and her manager (another lady whose name I didn't catch) were a huge help and I got everything taken care of in the store.

- DBDavid BridenbaughJun 1, 20261.0I recently ordered a new iPad from Apple and picked it up at Apple Polaris Fashion Mall in Columbus, Ohio. I was offered a high trade-in value for the old one. I shipped it to Apple and they sent it back to me with a broken display. They would not pay me the agreed upon trade-in value. The iPad was not damaged when I sent it to them. I used the packaging they provided and the shipping company they specified. Either they broke it by accident and blaming me for it or this is a scam to offer a high trade in value then deliberately break it so they don’t have to pay it.
