Entered and knew exactly what we wanted. We were directed to wait by the watch table. Waited an hour, no help. Eventually we learned we were at the wrong table? Wouldn’t the table with the watches have made sense? 🤷🏽‍♂️ Fine once we got some help.

We stood there for 45 minutes, they attended everyone but us. Everyone who looked at richer, like they could but stuff got attention before us. We asked and they told us to just stand there, then we asked again and we are still waiting. Get new employees.

I have apple care on all my products, my AirPods are not working correctly. went in to get a replacement pair because I am covered. They would not help me. They kept telling me I need to come back later, that they cannot assist me. I need to make an appointment. This is unacceptable and their customer care is horrific.

We had such a wonderful experience! I wish I could remember this Apple team member’s name, but after a long day, my brain was completely fatigued. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and engaging with my son, making his first experience truly special. I felt terrible not remembering her name, but I still wanted to share this photo and recognize how awesome she was. If you see her, I highly recommend working with her! She is truly a gem.maybe her name was Dominque ???

My entire life I have always been a faithful Apple product user I enjoy Apple products and my issue here is not with Apple itself, but with the employees they have running their store at the Easton town center location. I just had an appointment at 4:00pm let me remind you. It's a Saturday evening. The store is not busy at all pretty much the opposite more employees than customers in the store after asking several times what is going on is there a mixup why have I not been seen the employees keep brushing me off telling me I need to wait my term and they'll get to me when they get to me. Meanwhile, I see customers one by one who came in after me get caught up get their problems fixed and out the store they go after my second time complaining the kid working out front tells me he's gonna highlight my name in the system. That did nothing waited another 30 minutes just to walk out the store me and my two-year-old daughter who've been waiting an hour and a half and didn't even get as much as hello today from an Apple Store employee
