- JEJoe Emison4 days ago1.0Tried four times to get my phone speaker repaired. Made an appointment each time. Checked in on time each time. Waited more than an hour each time and was not seen by anyone. No one in the store cared at all about my wait time or anything that was going on. Just buy everything online and mail your phone for repairs. The Apple Store is the absolute worst experience for repairs I have ever had.

Angel greeted me as soon as I walked in and directed me to the pickup desk. Unfortunately, the three employees there were chatting, looked directly at me, and walked away without greeting me or offering assistance. Thankfully, Angel noticed what happened and stepped in to help. She was professional, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. Angel deserves 5 stars, while the three employees at the pickup desk could benefit from additional customer service training. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged.
- AMA MJun 24, 20265.0Today we came in to get a new phone. Several people who came in after us were being helped before us and the aggravation was growing. I stopped an employee, Jayden and said “hey, all these people are being helped before us, what do I have to do to get help?” Jayden immediately with a smile on his face “how can I help?” Immediately he was ready to help us. He was friendly, professional, and he made the process smooth and quick. I’m grateful for his help today!

There were so many people at the apple store. They checked me in and sent me straight back. We waited for about 10-15 minutes before we were helped by the sweetest young lady ever. I did not get her name, but knew she was 24 and had worked at Apple for about 1 year. She was very personable. She talked with both my girls and make she to provide me with options. Great job hiring her
