I visited this location recently to upgrade my old phone and was helped by Katherine. Katherine was very friendly and gladly answered any questions I had as this was my first time upgrading a phone. She greeted me as soon as I entered the store and she got me in and out in a timely fashion. I definitely can't recommend this location enough. Service was great.

Had some issues with my phone and after several hours over several days of talking to customer care with no resolution or even advice, I went to this store and got the help I needed. Heaven is a wonderful worker, professional, kind, and patient. I cannot recommend this location enough if you’re having issues.

Go to another store!! They close and open when ever they want. No store hours! Who closes at 5:15pm?? Everyone just got out of work! Why list 8pm closing time? Worst cricket in Cleveland.

This is the closest store near me. Two of the guys are real butt heads. When I go to pay bill if they are there I turn around and go back another day. Cricket could you please get some friendly workers there. Maybe someone with the concept that they have a job because of the customers these two seem not to have that concept
