I want to buy a pink iPhone 16 my grandfather got sick in the store with me and my mom he’s diabetic so we left my phone there with my password and when I came back from Eaton Bob Evans with my grandpa and my mom getting his sugar under control, they sold me a white iPhone instead of a pink one picked out my case for me, put my screen protector on and all that Sold me a third-party block that burnt my hand melted my outlet. My phone won’t work. It drops cause it goes black. They don’t want to replace it. I’ve contacted the Ohio Attorney General’s office and my next move is bringing the new station there because I just had paid $4800 for new electric And that wasn’t the problem. I drove the phone to the iPhone store. They took a photo shoot of the phone my finger my outlet. I took all these pictures for them and they told me that it was cricket fault and they’re responsible for placing my phone paying for my finger and the damages to my property, but they won’t respond. They just keep passing you around. Highly wouldn’t recommend it. They sell knock off items that will catch your house on fire and burn you they still haven’t contacted me back or won’t answer my phone call. I would add the photos, but I’m not sure how to put the pictures on here
