  Shortly after we adopted our puppy, Luna, she developed a persistent limp which did not improve with rest/pain medicine. After becoming frustrated with other vets who did not want to take the time and energy to truly help Luna, we came to Dr. Krendl. Her tenacity and care helped us finally obtain a diagnosis of a rare genetic condition which required significant pain management. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Krendl for not giving up on Luna so that we could enjoy many more happy months with her.

  This was my second visit to VCA. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the tech to the vet. I trust that they will take good care of my pet.

  I adopted a dog, and he was perfectly fine and healthy for two weeks. I brought him to VCA for a free wellness exam, and he ended up catching kennel cough. Ironically, a free appointment has actually cost me money going to another vet to get antibiotics. For three weeks, I've been dealing with this, and it's been terrible. The cheap ended up coming out expensive. I gave two stars instead of one because everyone in the office was friendly. I wish I could reverse time, I wouldn't have taken up their free exam offer.
