  Transparent service, there were no hidden fees. They repaired my daughter's IPhone screen. Verizon said we'd have to replace the phone. ProTech saved me hundreds of dollars.

  While being very kind and helpful during the process. They use cheaper parts to repair broken electronics, not OEM materials. I took a broken Pixel 4a to get repaired. It had a cracked display and a broken digitizer. I got it the following week looking well repaired, however the next time it was dropped in it's case the digitizer broke and was unresponsive. This could be "user error" but as you can drop phones from a low height and end up with just a few nicks or cracks in the screen, I believe they used cheap parts to repair it and then charged as if they used OEM parts. I had it sent to google a week later and had it repaired for about 50$ cheaper than what they charged me. TLDR: Better than uBreakiFix, but still not great quality.
