  Came in early for a 4:45 Genuis Bar appointment for an issue with my iPhone. Checked in and was directed to sit at a table and wait to be helped. Waited 20 minutes without being acknowledged and left.

  Ask for Lili :) we came in on a busy Saturday afternoon and waited about 10. Considering how busy the store was I’m so pleased with only 10 min! Then we worked with Lili and she was so sweet, knowledgeable and got us in and out in no time! Thanks Lili!!

  Genius Bar appointment has been made ahead of time. I’ve been sitting for 40 minutes waiting (with a confirmed appt), and nobody has said hello, or mentioned how long it might take. And I’m no where near close to being helped. I understand they are busy and popular, but it seems like there would be a better solution. Your clients are generally successful, and have schedules to keep. I hope this reaches a decision maker who at least puts their selves in the customers position.

  I had to wait about 30 minutes just to be told that no one was available to show me a demo. I understand that booking an appointment late the same day may have been my mistake, but making customers wait that long only to say “no” is not a good customer experience. I do want to recognize one of the staff members - a lady who was very kind, helpful, and explained everything politely and smoothly. She was trying to help and even went to ask another employee about my appointment. Unfortunately, the employee she spoke with a guy with tattoos on both hands and his left leg came across as unfriendly. Even from where I was standing, his body language and facial expression made it seem like he had already decided the answer was “no” before hearing the full situation. I didn’t speak with him directly, but the way he responded to my appointment inquiry left a poor impression. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at an Apple Store. I expected much better service and a more welcoming attitude.

  Worst ever. I had one of the worst customer service experiences. I was told that I would receive a phone call regarding my data transfer by 10:00 a.m. Instead, I never received a call. At 9:22 a.m., I received an email, even though no one ever told me the communication would be by email. I confirmed twice that I would be contacted by phone, and I was assured that I would. I went to the Apple Store expecting everything to be ready, only to find that it wasn’t. No one apologized for the confusion or the inconvenience. To make matters worse, when my computer finally arrived, it was the wrong color. After this experience, I have completely lost confidence in the service. The lack of communication, broken promises, and absence of even a simple apology made this an extremely disappointing experience. I expect much better from Apple.
