  Not good got a phone this past Saturday from them not only did they lie to me about the service told me you have 7 days to return it I tried to return it today and they said I couldn't i would absolutely not do business with that store.

  Zero help, but they will sell you a phone, and mess up your account, good luck, hint you can call cricket directly and get it fixed

  August 1st at 4:59 p.m. I went into the store to see about a cell phone there was a gentleman there with a beard he was too lazy to get off his telephone to even help us to get a phone and all he says he don't know nothing about them telephones. Now if he knows nothing about the cell phones how is he going to activate a phone how is he going to tell us anything about the operation of the phone or about billing or anything else so now we went across the street to Walmart to buy a phone at least Walmart has people back there that that sells telephones

  Jessica and Kristan went way over expectations when we had an issue with an insurance claim. Jessica even put a charge on her personal credit card when our card would not work. They quickly switched everything over to a new phone. Excellent customer care!
