  They talked my elderly parents into getting another line to get a new phone, when they went up there to find out why mom’s phone that she had for a couple of weeks wasn’t working right. They still made her keep the phone that wasn’t working right and I called them to complain and the guy threatened me. Do not got to Bryan’s location.

  Store is understaffed. Usually pretty good about helping me and getting me in and out quick. Sometimes the employees seem a little blah but we're all human

  Kate was amazing I came in because ky phine was all screwed up and she f8xed it in minutes and was able to explain to keep where the problems cake from !!!
