  They talked my elderly parents into getting another line to get a new phone, when they went up there to find out why mom’s phone that she had for a couple of weeks wasn’t working right. They still made her keep the phone that wasn’t working right and I called them to complain and the guy threatened me. Do not got to Bryan’s location.

  Absolute worst service ever, by the most unprofessional employees. After being told by Maria that we could trade in our phones to upgrade and keep our numbers, etc…. And only cost us XX amount bc she knew I didn’t want to spend a lot out of pocket that day (as I went in there for an accessory as I was originally going with a new, different provider). I asked if I could go home to speak this over with my husband and she said yes, absolutely. So when I came back in a couple days later, for one, she didn’t even remember me (and she’s in sales??), and two, and kept telling me it would be like $750 for one phone. That is wayyyyyyy off from the original price she first quoted me. So as I’m trying to explain to her that she had just quoted me something completely different two days ago, a gentleman with bright pink (found out he’s the manager) hair walks in the store and says “what’s going on, why is she still here?”. I try to explain but he just talks over me the entire time, looks at some piece of paper and says “yeah to get this X phone it’ll be $750 or this X phone it’ll be $950.” I tried to explain to him I was just quoted something completely different by the lady next to him and he could’ve care less. Very unprofessional and rude the entire time!
