  Made the appointment online through Apple care warranty due to malfunctioning screen. They were on time and fixed the screen without any further issues. Seamless transaction and competent staff. I would definitely recommend!

  I can not say enough good things about my visit. George was amazing! Not only did he fix my Apple 17, he was polite and very helpful. I can’t tell you how nice it was to have kind service and not someone that made me feel dumb because I’m not that tech savvy. I can’t thank you enough.

  We went to the Geek Squad in Best Buy, Boardman Ohio for and appointment. We were greeted quickly, Cory helped us find the right tech person, Agent Kevin aka Big Red, and he immediately got to work restoring an iPad. Every step he directed us to was explained, and within no time, we were working again. He was excellent with solving our issue, his service skills were the best, and we left very pleased with his work and personality. Thank you Geek Squad, and especially Kevin, Big Red, for your time and knowledge. Great job!

  The camera on my Android was not working so I took it to Best Buy's Geek Squad to see what they could do. Stephen attended to me and said that while the team is not permitted to fix problems on the Samsung Galaxy A12, he would reset the system and hopefully that would solve the camera issue. He had me sign a couple of permission forms, put my phone on the store WiFi, and backed up my apps so when my phone was switched on again, what had been on my screen could be retrieved. Alas, after resetting the phone my camera app still did not work. Stephen reassured me my apps would return by going to "settings" and showing me how they were all in the process of being retrieved. He suggested I try a couple of local cell phone help shops which could mess with my phone and off I went thinking what a good job Stephen had done despite not solving the problem. That was not quite the case. What I discovered after learning the second place he recommended could also not fix my cam is that I had lost and/or could not find key apps on my phone. Lessons learned: if you are on a store's WiFi, and you leave while apps are still in the process of being restored, you will cause a breach in the connectivity and also the restoration. Secondly, while I thought my Geek guy at Best Buy was nice enough, he should have given me a heads up about that and told me to wait until all my apps had been restored. I spent an additional three hours reinstalling, searching for passwords, etc. So maybe next time give the customer whose phone you reset a heads up about the importance of hanging out with your WiFi until apps have made a complete recovery.
