  The staff here is wonderful... helpful abs the feel for you.... the drs have been amazing explaining everything..... a special thanks to trish.....Totally amazing.... understanding and most of all she feels your pain ..... she helped me understand everything and helped make my decision a little easier.... thanks to everyone who i have dealt with here

  Came here with my pet because it was recommended by the shelter that I got him from. My first experience, we had a free voucher from the shelter and for some reason, nobody could figure out how to use it upfront. They also mentioned that they scanned the completely wrong pets information into my chart, as well as my information into the wrong chart. Our second experience, we had a free follow up visit from the same voucher and they told us that it was scanned into our chart so we did not need to bring it, And then tried to charge us and got very defensive at checkout. It just seemed to be a very Unorganized, Poor communication, And overall negative energy type of establishment. I work in the medical field, so I guess I have high standards when it comes to the basics. Definitely won’t be returning again, which is sad because our doctor was honestly very nice and helpful. Just can’t get past the front staff

  I take all of my pets here. All the vets and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Always able to get us scheduled in a timely manner, even same day or next usually. I personally love the deals they have on preventative medicine and lab work. Helps ensure my pets are happy stay healthy 😊

  First visit for free is a huge rip-off This is one of the worst run veterinarians I have ever seen before in my life. You cannot call them without being put on hold consistently further they make appointments that they cannot keep timely. The person that was working with me over the phone was nasty and negative. They left me and my dog sitting out in a hot vehicle in the middle of the Sun. If they respond to this like previous responses , they are not telling the whole story and they're just trying to smooth it over. The first visit for free is a rip-off in as much it is not for older dogs or for dogs with medical conditions.
