Fantastic experience. I bought an iPhone 16 online and had problems with the order and confusion with support but the associate that worked with me was amazing. She helped me through the whole process and was professional the whole way through. Answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me. Six month old iPhone turned pink. Should clearly be covered by the cosmetic warranty due to material or craftsmanship. Apple refuses to warranty it. Loyal Apple customer up to this point for all devices, but this changes my opinion. Guy also accused me of putting a chemical on it.

Came in the store to have my daughter’s phone looked at. Store was busy!! Got checked in, went and sat at the bar as told. People came and went. We understand appointments and first come first serve. We sat for about 20 mins and then approached asked our name and the tech started to help us. Another employee came over and told him there are other people in front of us very rudely!! Who argues in front of customers??? The lady worker was way out of line! And rude!! Thank you Wes for your professionalism!! Very knowledgeable and friendly!!!! We will only be back to see him next time!!!

Leah Anne was absolutely amazing! She helped me decide to upgrade to the newest Ultra 3 watch and also helped buy and install a tracker on my service dogs vest. Moreso, she helped me discover all sorts of things I could do with, not only my watch, but also my iPhone. Absolutely above and beyond service.

Liars and Cheats!
I love Apple products. I hate the Apple Store. Tech claimed he broke my screen replacing the battery. He refused to give me back my old battery even though it was my property. He refused to show me the screen he claims he broke. He did show me the destroyed screen saver I paid money for. He told me Apple is not charging me for a new screen. YA THINK!?!?!!?
But refused to put a new screen saver on the screen he claims he destroyed when it was only the screen saver he destroyed. What he did not know, is that I had a very fine scratch on my screen under the screen saver imperceptible if one did not know what they were looking for. I used my husband’s phone light to shine on that scratch to point it out to the technician. How neck blushed which ran up into his cheeks. He lied to me and he knew I caught him at it. I asked if they replace iPad batteries. He said they did not that I would have to buy a new iPad. Another lie. I called other Apple stores outside the Dayton area and some of them do replace the battery on an IPad. Another lie! Is this technician working on commission?!?!? I took my iPad across the street to Gem City and they replaced the battery. I will never again buy product from an Apple Store now will I get service done at an Apple corporate store.
