  If you ever want to go to a fun store just to look at things. Best Buy is the place! The amount of different electronics they have is insane. Xbox, playstation, switch, newest led tvs with built in ai, laptops, desktops, tablets, 3d printer stuff, cell phones, refrigerators, wifi networking, vacuums, scooters, washer and dryers. I literally just go here for fun, its rediculous how they still charge like $35-45 for an hdmi cable when you can get one from amazon for 5-10. But their store layout is amazing and very fun to look at so I just go with my friends so we can see all the newest tech and then we price shop for it online. The best day to shop at bestbuy is on black friday imo. Employees are always nice so I give a 5/5 for the experience and I actually used to buy a ton of stuff here from when I was younger and it was good quality. I’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews about the geeksquad so probably wouldn’t use that service but if was ever in a pinch and needed an electronic would def check here first.

  Came in yesterday to buy a new TV & a sound bar. Colin greeted me quickly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

  If had know that you deliver via door dash I would have not ordered. I cannot trust them with food. But by the time we find out that it is through door dash it is too late to cancel. I’m just going to return the product and will have to find a new company to buy gadgets from. In my IT job when customers ask if Best Buy is an ok place to get IT components and pc’s I will now be changing my answer to a hard no. It’s kind of shameful that you associate with someone like DoorDash my opinion of you has dropped significantly..

  They have some really knowledgeable staff there. I had a long chat with a gentleman who was a real audiophile. Great conversation that went into music and how it can be so important and moving. Also Liv Really walked me through how to select a new TV system. Had to return sometime I just bought lost receipt. No problem manage took care of it right away. Plus Geek Squad for an old man like me! Priceless

  First off I had a very pleasant experience with a nice young man named Greg I will put that out there first. However... I paid for installation of a TV that I purchased somewhere else. I made the date for the installation for this past Saturday April 25. On Friday April 24 I received notification that are installer would be at my house between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. The very next morning I was busy and could not answer my phone A message was left in my voicemail that the installer was not coming today, and that I would have to update my information online or call this phone number and speak to Dennis to reschedule and the closest date that they could get me in was for April 29th. After going round and round with them we decided to cancel completely have them refund our money that was already paid for the installation and we had a professional installer install the TV. I will not even give Best Buy a second chance for installation I will still purchase things there but I will not have them install anything . The way that they handled this whole matter was totally unacceptable.
