  I came in for a battery replacement, and the employee told me she couldn’t replace it because my phone had previously shown a “liquid detected” warning months ago. My phone still works—it’s simply slower and running hotter. She didn’t even run diagnostics before telling me to consider getting a new phone. I’ve had Apple replace batteries in my other phones without issue. I came in expecting troubleshooting and solutions, not to be pushed toward buying a new device. Apple needs to do better with customer service and technical support.

  My wife and I had a great experience at Apple Summit Mall. We purchased two Apple Watches and worked with several people. For my wife’s watch on Friday, Justice did a fantastic job helping her get her new one set up and cellular moved over from the trade. Kevin at the Genius Bar helped with a watch band and set us up to get it replaced on Saturday with apple care. We came back Saturday and Colin helped us get my watch picked up and called Tim to help get the watch band from Friday night swapped out. Tim was absolutely fantastic. He came over and helped to get the watch band swapped out and we were on our way. Thanks Tim! We will definitely be back in the future.

  I went in with my father in law yesterday to transfer his old phone to mine & he got a new one. Anyway, it was busy for a Monday but the employees that work there make waiting around not so bad. We were helped by 3 guys yesterday & I can’t remember the one guy. Lane, Jaylon & there was another guy that helped us that was also great! Wish I remembered his name. 10/10 experience & it was truly bc of the people they have working there. They are super knowledgeable, friendly & some seriously hard workers. Thank you to the guys at Apple Summit Mall for making it any easy, pleasant experience! We will definitely be back!

  Honestly don’t know how there are so many employees here walking around looking at their iPads while so many customers sit and wait for help. How can they not improve efficiency at all? It shouldn’t take 30 min to pick up a phone that has been shipped back from repair after an apple update bricked it. The customer experience was a big part of why people pay more for apple products. It’s been getting worse and worse and this particular location is even further behind other locations.

  Justice was AMAZING! He was so helpful from start to finish, even when we ran into a few issues. He was incredibly kind and patient and never made us feel rushed or like we were being a bother. While we were waiting for answers on a few things, he made conversation with us and even joked around with us when we were joking with him. He made what could have been a stressful experience actually really enjoyable. I really appreciate how friendly and genuine he was, it was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at an Apple Store! Thank you for your help, Justice!
