  Apple “genius” bar worker alluded that I had a repair done someplace else or stripped the screw myself. I bought this phone brand new from Verizon and have never had any work done. Said I would have to pay 100$ instead of 29$ for o get the back glass fixed. Going back tomorrow to demand a resolution.

  Completely unprofessional. I went to return my AirPods Pro 3 today, and they told me I had forgotten to bring back the charger and charging cable. But it doesn’t even come with a charger, and the box isn’t even big enough to hold one. I actually had to go all the way home and look up YouTube videos to confirm it. How does someone get a job handling Apple returns without even knowing what comes with the product? They completely wasted my time. And on top of that, I could’ve gotten the exact same thing at Costco for $50 less.

  I’ve been sitting here since 6:00 PM, and it’s now almost 8:00 PM. Nearly two hours of waiting without anyone acknowledging me, providing an update, or showing any sense of urgency. At the very least, customers deserve communication and basic respect. I have children at home waiting for dinner, yet I’ve been left sitting here wondering if anyone even remembers I’m here. No one should have to chase down employees just to find out what’s going on. Apple is supposed to be known for customer service, but this experience has been the complete opposite. People aren’t treated like people here—they’re treated like numbers. Respecting someone’s time costs nothing, and today that respect was completely missing. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience. If you value your time, be prepared for an extremely long wait with little to no communication. Then at the end 8:32pm they tell us they are unable to swap due to system issues. So now we lost time and still don’t have a iPhone.
