I was waiting in the store to be helped for an extended period of time and even though she was not assigned to be the one to help me she came over and made sure that what I needed got done. She was extremely polite and funny, she was also very knowledgeable about the items that they sell. After being helped by her, I will for sure return to this Apple Store at Summit Mall.

Yours no longer hold any resale value they wanna make sure that people have to buy them new. After spending hours, trying to reset my iPad because of an error on Apple’s end, we were unsuccessful and the iPad does me no good but now because of some update updates it can only be used on my original account.
