  Had the most horrific experience purchasing TVs here. My father is sick in the hospital and asked me to replace the four TVs in his house before being discharged. I purchased all of the TVs and was told the soonest I could get an appointment for installation was 2 weeks later. Begrudgingly, I took the only slot available. Fast forward two weeks, the night before the installation, I still haven’t received my 2 hour time window for the next day. I’m on hold with support two separate times and am then told that their two scheduling systems didn’t communicate and we now need to reschedule the appt. Soonest is another 3 weeks out… no apologies, no offers to give any refunds or future discounts, and on top of it, the support call dropped and there was no way for me to contact them back. Do not buy TVs from Best Buy - you will be very disappointed by their customer support, delivery and installation services.

  Today I walked into Best Buy in Yonkers with three different tech issues, impeding my job search. They were also some complications around the warranty, the loyalty program and the coverage for repairs. Ricardo could not have been nicer, more competent, professional, and kind. To say he went above and beyond to help resolve these complex device issues is an understatement. Thank you so much, Ricardo.

  Amazing experience every time I visit! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help me find exactly what I need. Plus, their selection of electronics is fantastic—definitely my go-to spot for tech!

  Most efficient and successful visit to purchase an economy laptop and school laptop. Damian was efficient, knowledgable & did not oversell, but found exactly what we were looking for. Purchases included laptop for seniors whose needs include emailing and basic word processing & laptop for high school student. Excellent service, clear understanding of options, financing and in-store laptop setup. If you buy laptops for your family, the best buy membership is absolutely worth the investment.
