- MLMicah LindenbergerJun 16, 20261.0Terrible experience — two scheduled visits and still no repair I scheduled an appointment at the Apple Store at Ridge Hill to repair my cracked iPhone screen and ended up going in twice. Both times, I left without the repair being completed. The first visit, I was told multiple people had called out and the screen repair would take 5–6 hours, even with an appointment. I came back about a week and a half later on a Tuesday afternoon, hoping it would be slower, and this time their systems were down so they couldn’t process the repair order. I waited around 20 minutes and nothing could be done. To make it worse, they couldn’t validate parking, so I paid for parking both times just to leave with a still-broken phone. Overall, a huge waste of time and a really disappointing experience. I scheduled properly, came during a slow weekday, and still couldn’t get a basic screen repair done. I’ll be trying a different Apple Store next time.
