  Lost a point bc I feel like I’ve had a few issues with this location with repairs and some of the male staff being a bit condescending/ unhelpful but I will say my most recent visit with Marianna was successful. She was welcoming, listened to all my concerns and was super helpful. Appreciate her support thank you.

  In Stamford, our mall seems abandoned compared to Westchester mall. I went to lots of places. My car is 21 years old. There were three dealerships in the mall. I liked the Riven truck and small sedan. They were to wide and to long to fit in to my space in the garage. Bummer! Anyway, place was great on a hot Day. Expensive eatery but nice. I have a new apartment and will go back soon.

  When I was there, there were about a dozen sales people and 5 customers. Three people helped me to make each party faster. The first person handed me off to someone who was best at finding what I wanted. After he got what I wanted, he handed it off to another person nearby to handle the payment in the middle of the store (phone, not cash register). It was easy and fast. The only thing that I didn't like was having to pay $5 to park. If I had know where the store was I may have been able to park for free for 20 minutes.

  These guys are so awesome They had me in and out the door in less than 15 minutes and I had a bad problem with my phone that I couldn't even figure out why I couldn't even unlock my screen and they sent me out the door in like 10 minutes it was unbelievable these guys are so cool

  There is obviously some degree of status/FOMO about shopping at the Apple Store, but the only customer service standard here applies to getting you to spend money. The new Apple Care for multiple devices seems like a scheme—to get more of your money for devices that in many cases will go obsolete in a few years. I had a small amount of damage at the lower corner of my iPad Air. The device was useable—I need it for work. Since it was still under coverage I took it to the Apple Store—they apparently have to send out iPads even though schoolchildren use them and they get repaired onsite. I was told average repair time is 5-7 business days. The last update I received said that the device would be replaced—then radio silence weeks later. The store does not even answer calls when it’s Apple Customer service (3x)! I retuned to the store 5/15 and an associate gave some vague excuses about “delays because of everything going on,” and refused to have a manager come over. Did I mention there was a menial charge for the repair that isn’t going to happen? I should report this as fraud with my credit card company. You are probably better off using a device until it isn’t useable beyond the standard warranty, and buying a new one (not at an Apple Store if possible—especially this one). It seems like my device is lost, mishandled, or stolen. Stay tuned and save your money to shop elsewhere (like BestBuy).
