  Came in at 1:49PM for an appointment because I was having problems charging my IpadPro.... they told me to wait 1 hour and just be around the mall and that I will receive a text.... at 4:12p I go and find out that they cancel my appointment at 3:15PM (without me receiving any text). Then try to charge $800 to change the charging port.

  Terrible customer service. Nasty technician and manager. If you can go to another store, definitely avoid this one.

  I had an excellent experience at the Apple Store in White Plains. I brought in my AirPods Max, which are fairly new and in great condition, because they had suddenly stopped working properly. Since my AppleCare coverage had expired, I honestly thought the headphones might be done for or that I was facing an expensive repair. My technician, BJ, quickly identified a very subtle issue that I never would have figured out myself. Although the ear cushions are magnetic and appear to fit normally, they can actually be attached in the wrong position, which was preventing the headphones from working correctly. BJ repositioned them, performed a quick check, and had everything working again. He was extremely professional, patient, and helpful, and he took the time to explain exactly what had happened so I would know what to look for in the future. He saved me from an unnecessary repair or replacement and completely turned around what I expected to be a frustrating visit. The White Plains store is lucky to have BJ, and I’m very grateful to have such a helpful Apple Store close to where I live.
