  I would give 10 stars is I could..I brought my English Bulldog Moose there with a variety of issues his eyes were clouding over and infected his coat was terrible he had bald spots ,his paws were infected and for a year my old vet could not figure out what was wrong..I literally thought he was on deaths doorstep. Dr Lasala walked in and in minutes figured out was wrong with him..He was suffering from dry eye and had a severe yeast infection that was running rampant though out his body..She changed his food and gave me the proper meds and within 48hrs his eyes were clear by the end of the week his coat was shiny and his paws and skin looked amazing his inflammation was gone he was like anew dog..We’re two week in and I’m happy to say he’s looks amazing and is running around playing fetch and doing all things he couldn’t before..I don’t have the words to thank Dr Lasala and the team at Aldrich enough..They saved his life..Amazing people

  When Moose was diagnosed with lymphoma, we were heartbroken and searching for a second opinion. Choosing Aldrich Animal Hospital was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel welcome. The front desk staff was warm, helpful, and compassionate, making an incredibly difficult time just a little easier. Dr. LaSala and the veterinary technician, Gilda, were absolutely amazing. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly without ever making us feel rushed. They answered every question with honesty and compassion, helping us understand Moose’s diagnosis and treatment options during one of the hardest conversations we’ve ever had. What truly sets Aldrich Animal Hospital apart is that their care didn’t end when we left the office. They have continued to follow up with us several times to check on Moose and see how our family is doing. They also went above and beyond by helping us secure an appointment with an oncology specialist, something we will always be grateful for. This is clearly an exceptionally well-managed animal hospital. Every member of the team works together seamlessly, and it’s obvious that providing outstanding medical care and genuine compassion is at the heart of everything they do. Their professionalism, communication, and kindness are second to none. We cannot thank Dr. LaSala, Gilda, the wonderful front desk staff, and the entire team enough for the incredible care they’ve shown Moose and our family. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, they made us feel supported, informed, and never alone. We wholeheartedly recommend Aldrich Animal Hospital to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care. Thank you for your kindness. It truly means so very much to us.

  Dr. Lasala and Staff are awesome! Always welcoming friendly and helpful. Our Shih Tzu Molly suffers from IBD and heart murmur, Dr. Lasala knows exactly how to treat her, We are so confident in her professionalism and expertise.. Doctor LaSala always makes you feel relaxed with her sense of humor, yet she treats Molly with respect , showing empathy and compassion, while providing emotional support. Doctor and staff always follows up on Molly‘s condition after visits…. Dr. Lasala goes above and beyond for her patients.

  Aldrich Animal Hospital could be the best vet I have ever been to. From quick checkups to life threatening visits, they have handled everything with extreme professionalism and friendliness. My cat has been going through a somewhat minor infection which has caused me to make frequent visits, and everyone there from the front desk to the people in the back always welcomes me with a giant smile, making me want to come a little early just to talk with them before my appointment. With Care Club, I've been able to make weekly checkup appointments for only $20 a month (a great deal oml), and given the nature of the appointments, I am never there too long. Every interaction is informative and helpful, leaving me with the proper tools to come back with a healthier baby. I typically see the Veterinary Assistant Kim who helps with the quick checkups, and she is truly AMAZING. Every visit with her is easy. She is able to check my cat's vitals with such ease while also keeping him calm so he doesn't get skittish. Kim is super nice, very easy to talk to, and extremely talented, able to get all the information she needs for the doctors while multitasking and checking my baby's vitals. I would not trust anyone or any place more with my pet's health than Aldrich.

  When I moved to Babylon a few years ago, I had to look for a new veterinarian close by. I wanted the best care for my dog that I love most in this world, and visiting the Aldrich Animal Hopital was the best decision I made for her! At every single visit, and there are many, I always feel confident that my dog is in really good hands. Dr. LaSala is such a caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable veterinarian! I appreciate her so much and trust her judgement and advice. Dr. Howard is also wonderful, as well as the veterinary assistants and technicians. The communication with the doctors and staff, either by phone call or text messages through the app, have always been positive and thorough. In addition, the staff will always follow up the next day to see how my dog is doing, and that brings me comfort knowing that the line of communication is always available. The days/hours of operation are so convenient for people who work , and that is such a positive when finding a place that you know you can get your pet seen within a reasonable timeframe. Setting up appointments are so easy because of how friendly and accommodating the front desk staff are, and you can also set up appointments on their app. Overall, the entire staff is just awesome! They all work so well together and are so kind to me, and most importantly, to my dog! I highly recommend!
