My wife and I have been taking our chihuahua Laila to Dr Lasala for almost 15 years. She’s always gone above and beyond making sure Laila gets the best possible care. Dr Lasala communicates with my wife personally on her cellphone for all blood test results or even questions we might have. Dr Lasala and her staff have always shown so much love and affection to all 3 of our chihuahuas. This is why we continue bringing our fur babies to see her. That level of trust is priceless to my wife and I.

The team at Aldrich animal hospital is amazing. Dr. LaSala and Dr. Howard have always gone above and beyond for my dogs. I’ve been a client there for several years now and have received nothing but the best care for my dogs. If you are looking for a veterinary practice I highly recommend bringing your pet to Aldrich.

Would give a 0 if I could. This vet has taken care of my cat for years and was great when nothing was wrong. Brought her in because something felt wrong, was told she was fine and not to worry. The next day they called us back and said she needs URGENT medication. Said it would cost $100 a month. They gave me the wrong medication information when I tried to get it from a third party, then after much arguing, they finally agreed and gave us a script for the medication. It was wrong. Then they called us to make us feel bad for not paying an exorbitant amount out of pocket and delaying the medication when it was their error that delayed it. We got the script she will need for the rest of her life once and was never able to refill. They refused to re-write the script without us paying $1600 for blood work and a visit. When we asked for any kind of budget friendly option, limiting the blood tests to what she really needs, i was made to once again feel bad for not being able to afford it. Highly recommend going somewhere that values your pets health over their own pockets. Disgusting behavior from both Vet and staff Update: just took her to a new vet who charged us a total of $37 for the same work Aldrich wanted $1600 for. Unless you belong to the 1% DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE

Dr.Howard was the best with my kitty. She was very understanding with the circumstances and financial issues that one may face at the vet. She broke down the cost explained everything. All this while they were technically closed. On top of all this Dr.Howard reached out personally to ask about my baby and how he was doing!!

My husband and I trust Dr. LaSala wholeheartedly with the care of our pets. We first started seeing her about eight years ago with our two senior pugs. What began as a complimentary visit through an adoption quickly turned into us completely switching our veterinary care to her. Now she not only cares for our two newest fur-baby additions, but she is also the vet for our parents’ dogs as well. Her level of care, service, and expertise is second to none. Having a pet can be an emotional journey, and Dr. LaSala truly holds your hand through every step of it. We’ve laughed with her, we’ve certainly cried with her, and we always leave feeling grateful. I truly mean it when I say she has the best interest of your fur baby at heart, and I feel incredibly lucky to have her as our vet.
