  My iPhone 17 pro was not making a sound for texts received. I had tried all the possible options with no luck. Friends with phone skills could not fix it either. Paul and Ian displayed awesome patience trying every possibility until they solved the problem. Thank you!

  iOS 26 was the last hit my phone's battery health could take that kept it right at 80%, iOS 27 hard knocked it down to 79% and could definitely feel the drop in battery life not long after the update, so had to get my phone battery replaced. They got it done in an hour, phone feels fresh again and customer service was fast and efficient for me both at device dropoff and pickup.   Brought my broken iPhone with a cracked screen in and Lee helped me schedule my appointment and talk me through the fix. Two hours and a walk through the mall with my family and my iPhone is as good as new with a fair price. I’m really impressed and glad I didn’t decide to buy a new phone.

  I had a busy day going back and forth to the store to do returns and exchanges and I have to say that I am really impressed with the staff, especially Lee. Despite the store being super busy and hundreds of people coming in and out, Lee was able to help me with an exchange while juggling multiple customers at the same time. One would expect that when the store is extremely busy, especially on launch day, associated would try to help you quickly and move on to the next customer and forget about you. Lee kept on coming back checking on me every 5 minutes to make sure my exchange process was running smoothly. I really appreciate his attentiveness and how he puts his customers first. I hope he sees this review and continues to provide excellent service…. I’m sure he will. Thanks Lee.

  My girlfriend just went in there after booking an apointment… she was a few minutes late due to her uber taking a wrong turn, they then tell her there’s nothing they can do for her without looking at the phone in the slightest(which is malfunctioning like crazy) they proceeded to tell her that she needs to go somewhere else!! That is not how you treat customers! That is not a GOOD BUISNESS
