    We live 70 mi away in Otsego County and came all the way out here to shop for a phone. My mom wanted a Pixel 10 in the green color. They had the wrong one on display, it was really the color of "Jade" Pixel 10 Pro that they had in store. My mom liked the green one (Jade) and we ordered it later online, but ended up getting the ugly yellow "Lemongrass". We tried to return it but got the run around. They wanted a restocking fee. I contacted Paypal. We have an open case now with Paypal for several weeks, BestBuy doesn't cooperate. We never got back any of the refund in the bank. BestBuy online wasn't helpful and the store also ignored our phone calls.

    Very positive experience. I needed to return a new vacuum & exchange it for a lighter one. Each customer service representative I encountered were very courteous and professional!!
