  服务很差的一家店 我要求退货 店员告知超过15天期限 让我办理一张会员卡给我退了物品50%左右的钱 办理完才告知我这个钱只能用于再买商品用 而不是退给我现金或信用卡 我要求经理到场 经理也没给我解决问题 最后就是我不退货了 这在美国简直不可思议的服务水平

  It's a funny contradiction. The staff seems rather thin given the size of the store, but at the same time you don't have anyone annoying you to make a sale. They pleasantly greet you but aren't overbearing. There is still something to be said about handling a product then and there and not waiting for it to arrive in a box hoping it meets your expectations. I had a pleasant shopping experience in my recent visits here.

  The lady over here, the security guard she was very rude and very unprofessional. We just went in and she just talk with us like very rudely and we don’t prefer to go there.

  On 4/30/26 while purchasing an item, I asked two employees if Best Buy accepts televisions for recycling and i was told yes. I made it a point to state that the television is not a smart TV and has a "big back" and was very old. I was told that yes, best buy will accept the television for the fee 30.00. My family members returned to best buy with the television only to be told by one unprofessional individual that the television cannot be accepted because " its mad old" as stated by a best buy employee. He proceeded to tell my family members where the TV can be donated for free (NYC Sanitation in College Point Queens), which we were aware of however we chose best buy since it is closer to where we reside coupled with the fact that we were told the tv could be recycled at best buy and research also indicated that best buy accepts tvs for recycling.This employee continued to "ramble" on and on even as my family left the store with the television. Apparently this individual is "poorly trained" in how to deal with the public. Best Buy you need to train your employees to provide accurate information with regard to the recycling of electronics because clearly the "fault" falls on management's failure to train staff in professional customer service and in providing accurate information. A rating of 1 is being generous.

  The reason why am I giving a one star is because they need to do better when it comes to their Pokémon product drops. I made the line yesterday to buy some cards and multiple people on the line had empty chairs. One guy who was in front of me, had a chair and then six people came. How is that fair to people who came early and just standing there. I brought it to attention of the staff. Even though they understood my frustration they said they couldn’t do anything. All they could do is post a sign on entrance of the store saying “no place holding on the line” I find this to be unacceptable because I have been to other Best Buy’s who reinforce the no place holding policy. They either have an employee walking the line and if they see an empty chair they tell the person to remove it. Or they hand out tickets to people who are standing in line. If people show up later and didn’t get a ticket they go to the back of the line. I do like that only allow 10 at a time to come into the store to keep things controlled but they have to implement other things so it’s fair for all the customers.
