  Dr Guest and her assistant Laura had the opportunity to exam and treat my shih-poo Jameson. They were so kind and caring and most informative. I've always had great treatment from all the staff and truly appreciate their kindness

  Liked everything about this vet, Staff was great and very informative, Dr. listened and explained everything . My dog and I were very comfortable. Everything was easy to understand. Big Thanks.

  The vet was kind but the visit was EXTREMELY overpriced. I paid $448 for them to send us home with medicated shampoo I could have bought on Amazon. They did multiple tests on her that were not needed and came back negative! It felt as though they took advantage of me for being a young pet owner. Went in for a rash on my dog’s belly and left paying almost $500 for SHAMPOO!

  I took my 2 dogs here as a potential new vet, as I had just moved to the area, I used the free initial visit coupon. Which I received from an ad. Upon arrival the offices are clean and appear organized. But once I got into the office the vet technician mixed up my dogs with someone else’s several times. And had to be corrected multiple times. They also mixed up my dog’s needs and medications with each other. I cannot in good faith take my pets back to a place that has such disorganized record keeping. In a medical setting this is especially concerning. I also requested a quote for a teeth cleaning for my older dog and received a quote that was 4x as much as other offices in the region. Would not recommend, this office appears to be too large for their own organizational capacities. And generally seems to be overpriced.

  I've trusted VCA Fairmount Animal Hospital with my pups for over 15 years. Dr. Guest has been their primary and has cared for them from puppyhood throughout all stages of their lives. She has earned my utmost trust and respect. She's devoted, honest, thorough, and realistic when giving advice. She's helped guide us through difficult situations, including Odin's laryngeal paralysis and surgery as well as managing Ben's EPI. I truly appreciate the care Dr. Guest and the team at VCA Fairmount have provided over the years, and I highly recommend them.
