  Dr. Danboise is such a kind, caring veterinarian and really takes the time to make sure my pets are healthy. She answers all of my questions during visits and her bedside manner is amazing. One of my cats can be aggressive during vet visits and Dr. Danboise and the vet techs always handle her with kindness and gentleness. They make a stressful situation just a little calmer for me and my pet. The whole team at this office is amazing, including the hospital manager, front desk staff, and the vet techs. Whenever I call, I am never rushed on the phone and the person that answers makes sure I get the help I called for. Overall I would highly recommend this practice!

  Everyone is very nice and professional. Prices were higher than expected however costing more than $100 for the exam and $50 for a nail trim. But they are very upfront about costs and perfectly pleasant to deal with.

  I have been using shop city for over 10 year we currently have 4 dogs Dr Danboise and the entire team have been so fabulous this past year with all our issues from the bottom of my heart thank u all so much

  Honestly, I have never had better vet experiences than with this specific team at Shop City VCA. Dr. Danboise has THE bedside manner that you want for your dog. Our pup is skittish with strangers when she first meets someone new and Dr. Danboise is clearly insanely well trained in how to handle that. By the end of the appointment, our dog Roo was climbing all over her to give kisses. I love how much she focused on Roo. After all, she’s a doctor for HER, not for US. She is so insanely knowledgeable and took her time to explain and answer every single (even ridiculous) question that we asked. All of the receptionist staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We have also had Brianna as the Vet Tech every time and she is absolutely lovely and so sweet to Roo. These people clearly and deeply care for the pets they treat and it is evident from the time you call to book to when you are walking out the door. Nothing but STELLAR recommendation from us, and from Roo.
