This retailer ripped me off $216.00! Over charged my cc. Said they would refund me the over charge. Never did. Almost 2 months ago! Total SCAM ownership, Moblelink Syracuse LLC. Go to a different Cricket! This one sucks A**.

We went to other cricket stores and were frustrated with service until we came to this location and Michelle was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We were ready to leave cricket for another wireless provider but after our visit we will happily continue to be on their network.

The comment about the manager at this location doing coke is actually severely incorrect. I personally know the manager here, as he is my best friend, and he does not do coke. Only smokes weed.
