Got it done in less than 5 minutes. Also asked about the Apple Vision Pro & was able to get a 10-15min walkthrough with how to use right there. Staff was great, place was organized & clean.

Also no reason why we sit at the Genius Bar table (full of people and staff) they help everyone at the table... besides me .. an walk away.. I inquire why everyone was helped and then walked off without helping me. The rep still walking away firmly said hold on with a scrunched up face. Everytime I come here it's the same thing. Why do we have to make appts if we still have to sit an hour and wait. Also why I'm I waiting almost an hour in a store that's dead... no customers. And staff everywhere just sitting around chatting to one another.
