  What an unpleasant experience. After a few questionable past visits, today was the final straw. I carved time out of my busy schedule and came fully prepared with my current laptop to buy a new one. The associate who assisted me was super nice (he and a few others are the only reason for the 2 stars). Since this store was sold out of the model i was interested in, we placed an online order together for a location an hour away and told me that the order was ready for pickup if i would drive there. I did. When i arrived at the second store, i was told a web processing delay could take 2 to 24 hours to release the laptop. I spent another 3.5 hours there waiting. Despite some suggestions of the manager, shifts changed, employees left, and i was stuck calling the stores, my bank, and Apple processing to track it down. None of the employees, including the managers, knew what to do. At the second store, they even suggested that when orders don’t process, it is an issue with the money; however, my bank confirmed that there was nothing wrong on my end, and the issue was entirely due to the incompetence of the associates. Ultimately, the order was cancelled. In total, i wasted over 4 hours with absolutely no results. By the time the order was cancelled, the store was too crowded to get help buying a different one, i waited and waited on the assigned person but alas. I just left. What a massive waste of time that was. Next morning I ordered the laptop myself and it shipped to my house directly.

  Had a pleasant experience at this Apple Store today! Despite being very busy, I went in for my pick up order for a new iPhone. James and Victoria were very accommodating with my order and went above and beyond to help me with an issue which required additional time instead of just saying “sorry, it is not possible”. Big thumbs up to these workers, thank you! 😊

  Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The employee acted like they didn’t even want to be there and made me feel like I was bothering them just by asking for help. The attitude and level of service were extremely disappointing. I honestly regretted walking in and wish I had just ordered online instead. I’ve never felt this frustrated and unwelcome as a customer. Truly a terrible experience, and I will definitely think twice before coming back.

  I went to their shop to have my headphones repaired; instead, they replaced them with a pair that was completely ruined—seemingly to force me to buy another one—even though I had purchased the original pair very recently. I will not go back there again, as they have proven themselves untrustworthy and irresponsible.

  The people who work at this store DO NOT have any interest whatsoever in helping customers. It took me at least 20 minutes to get an employee to acknowledge me and then had to wait even longer for them to be available.
