    I absolutely can not rave enough about how WELL myself and my mother were treated today. From the momment I walked in, I was treated with kndness and compassion. Even more important, my mother was treated with the upmost kindness. I truly regret not getting the names of the staff who helped us. However, forst point of contact was the ataff member that previously worked at the Apple store in South Park in Charlotte NC. The genius bar staff member had one blue gloves. I can not thank them eniugh for the professionalism, grace, kindness and compassion that was shown to my mother today. I am incredibly thankful and grateful for you both!

    I went into the Apple Store yesterday to ask a couple questions regarding a computer but then we got into talking about phones and Kyle was so responsive and quick to be helpful I’m truly thankful for the experience and will be back!

    I had a really bad experience today that I’m not sure why it happened but it didn’t make me feel the greatest. I brought my mom in who needed assistance with accessing her Apple ID. She is disabled and doesn’t see well. I noticed people being helped that didn’t sit down long and at first i thought maybe they had prior appointments they made online so i didn’t get upset at first. Then i notice a technician come out and look around a few times at the tables. We made eye contact a few times then he went behind the Genius Bar typed some things on his laptop then came and got a guy who was sitting at the table (he asked his name by the way to confirm it was him and his appointment) not even 5 minutes. So i just continued to look around and before i could ask anyone if they had gotten to my moms name a girl came up to me asking if we were being helped i said no we had been sitting for awhile she asked my moms name and said someone had started our issue already. I stated how when nobody approached us or called my mom’s name out. She stated someone named Chris was working on it. She went over to the very person i made eye contact with and they chatted for a second then he came over and said oh hi so u guys are here for so and so issue. This is when i get upset. why i got upset is because why would you report that you were working on our issue when u didn’t say 2 words and was working with someone else. So if she hadn’t come up to us and ask none of the technicians would have even known that we needed assistance. It rubbed me to the wrong way and probably won’t go back if i have to travel and absolutely need assistance I’ll call or travel somewhere else. I’m glad i was there because if i hadn’t been there I’m sure she would’ve been sitting there for who knows how long.

    Tried to buy a new MacBook and trade in my old one. They wouldent help transfer over my old one before trade in. I suggested I could mail I'm the old one after I transfer it myself like you would if purchased online. They said it wasn't possible. So since I couldent get a new one before transferring my old one over I left without buying. Guy was polite but pretty unhelpful.

    Went in to get my battery replaced on my iPhone 13 and clean out my charger port. The first day I went in they were clear and communicative on when it’ll be fixed. I got my charger cleaned out the first day and they told me to return the next day. I went in next day, and they were very clear and made the process easily. Only issue that I will say was the wait time but that’s because they had to replace the screen as well with the battery. They did make that clear at least.
