  Milo is chillin at VCA / Jericho Animal Hospital in Syosset! Dr. Elitsur, Cassandra and Ms Joann were all lovely with Milo during his first visit and made him feel right at home. Everyone was so patient with our questions, as first time kitten owners. Milo is now all set with his first dose of FVRCP and heartworm prevention drops and it was all done with love and ease (and with the help of a Churu). Thanks Syosset VCA!!

  Dr Orabelo took a needle biopsy from my cat. She called me the next day with the results but yet when I read the report, it says there was evidence of endothelial cells, which MAY mean cancer. She never offered any pain medication or steroid medication or any medication for that matter. my poor cat has hardly eaten anything since seeing her. I never expected this in 1 million years. There was no compassion shown to OBI. Yet when I saw Dr Ulrich for my dog many years ago, it was a different outcome. She showed concern I’m really made you feel so comfortable. I called Dr. orabelo two days and she never called me back. When she did call me back, she called me on my home phone and I was not home. It’s all about making money. It has nothing to do with the care and the concern for the animal or their family anymore. To add they never took an X-ray.

  We have an 11-year-old dog who went through ITP and is now in remission. Dr. Elitsur worked with us through her entire treatment and basically saved her life. Without Dr. Elitsur and the team, we couldn’t imagine our dog being so healthy, energetic, and happy at her age! We are beyond thankful for the vets and technicians, who not only cared for our dog but also supported our family through it all. Everyone here is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and gentle. Thank you!

  We have been bringing all our fur babies ... pooches ... to Jericho Animal Hospital for 30+ years and our dogs have received outstanding care here.
