Do not even think of walking in here. Whomever worked on Aug 3rd in this location should be fired. I come in and she approached me with no shoes on. She did not walk me through anything nor did she inform me of anything, I had to be the one who asked questions rather than being provided with the information that I need. She did not bring up policies or whatsoever. Then when I asked questions she handed me a paper rather than telling me. All she did was put cricket on my phone and charge me. I HAD TO COME BACK TO THE STORE BECAUSE SHE DID NOT GIVE ME MY PIN WHICH SHE CREATED. DID NOT EVEN ASK ME TO CREATE MY OWN PIN. SHE CREATED IT FOR ME WHICH BY THE WAY THE EASIEST PIN ANYONE CAN THINK OF, NO SECURITY WHATSOEVER. Then wants to tell me after everything already happened that it was non refundable. Don't even think their customer service phone and chat will help you, they put me on hold for an hour then their chat agent told me I will be getting a refund 7 business days it's been 9 business days. IT IS A WHOLE OLYMPIC TO EVEN GET AN ANSWER FROM THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND AGENT CHAT. ALL THIS HAPPENED ON AUG 3RD.
