  The doctor prescribed Amoxiclav (Clavamox) 62.5mg for 7 days and they charged me $64, which is very high compared to other places. I want to mention that 7 day treatment with this medication(which is 14 tablets) costs $3-$5 outside. Since it was my first time, I bought it without knowing that the price is too high and it didn’t even include the doctor’s wellness checkup or other tests. I understand that you might get medication at higher price at vet clinics, but how can you charge people $64 for something that is actually $3-$5 ? Never buy a medication from this place. Just ask for a prescription and buy it from other locations

  On October 30.2024 my cat Oreo who was 15 yr old was dying. I was in complete disarray. I called my mom for a ride and we drove to willowbrook. These people were so nice and understanding. I had to put my baby to sleep but they talked me through it while I cried the entire time. That whole team is amazing. I don’t know your name but thank you from the bottom of my heart. You helped me so much that day. It just took me awhile to find the right page to give a great review. Thank you again. God bless.

  I had taken our cats here for several years, but are now looking for alternatives. The place has gone downhill, possibly because of corporate (private equity) ownership. They're overpriced, short on doctors and staff, and when I tried to book our cat today to get her headcold looked at, they said they were booked for several days. Worse, their attitude was dismissive.

  Street parking only. Easy to find. Friendly staff. They have great business hours. Very informative. Takes Care Credit. Has treatment plans (break down of each items cost). You don't wait too long to be seen. They work with you and your pets needs. But they aren't cheap $$. They are very helpful and they know what they are doing, not afraid to handle your pet. They have boarding if your going on vacation or just need your pet watched for one day. My cat has been going for years and we have nothing bad to say about them.
