The Outpatient Chemical Dependency program is licensed under New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYS OASAS). We provide assessment, treatment, education and linkage to other community services for patients 18 years and older. All patients must have a diagnosis of a Substance Use Disorder. A patient centered approached is utilized with all patients attending the program. We encourage family and significant others to partake in an individual’s treatment.
Upon completion of treatment , our staff assist patients with referrals to other community agencies, and support services to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
