Went in with my girlfriends screen and my screen cracked and left with two new phones (of course adding the two line promotion for an additional $10 a month which worked out cheaper then fixing the screens or even replacing phones without the added lines) she was super nice and eager to truly help. I suggest cricket entirely as a wireless provider and Tahera is the girl to go see !
