- KDKevin DietzJun 1, 20265.0I was in need of a new iPhone since my old one, an iPhone 8 Plus, decided it wasn’t going to work anymore, so I made a decision to go to this Cricket Wireless Store on Altamont Ave. in Schenectady where I was greeted by a delightful young lady, Alicia and I left with a new phone and high regard for the professionalism given me by this young lady. Not only was she very sweet to deal with, but her knowledge of her job was second to none. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I left feeling grateful that I had her to help me go over my new phone that was much different than my old one. Although she was busy with other customers, she never hesitated to answer any questions I had while I was learning about my new phone. She is an absolute asset to the business and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you Alicia for a job well done!!

Omg! And not just that! The experience of getting so much helped and great discounts was amazing! I have never thought cricket could upgrade just beautifully, wish to see more and better of improvements in the future, also the little drawings in the wall are so fun! I just love looking at them when I entered the store, it was creative and made the place look lively and also adore everyone putting effort and creativity into their cute coloring pages that cricket provides, it really was an FUN experience hope to see more people to experience good service from Katty, not just from her but also from the other employees as well, THANK YOU WIRELESS CRICKET!
