I love Cricket for its value but their stores are lackluster. Smaller selection of phones than many prepaids and often higher prices than competitors. (Guess that's the trade off for the cheaper monthly service.) I go into the Cricket store hopeful to upgrade my phone a couple of times a year but am so underwhelmed by the choice and customer service I always just leave.
