  I would not try to deal with the manager of this store. He is not a professional and willing to tell a customer how wrong they are before looking into a situation. I purchased a computer and had a trade in and when I went into the store the trade in value was different than what was quoted on my paperwork (which was good for seven days). The manager kept saying the trade in values change over night nothing we can do. So instead of taking the time with someone who was not willing to listen I went outside and called the online customer service and he was indeed wrong. The company gave me what was quoted for seven days. Instead of trying to act like you could not possibly be ill informed maybe it would be better to work with the customer.

  Never get a pc from here, ibuypower pc,I spent 2300 dollars and now it runs like crap an sounds like a jet engine about to take off, there brand of computers break all the time an there so called warranty, you get really don't fix or do anything.They just tell you, we don't know what to do......

  Great place to shop,. The employees are all so willing to help out and answer questions. You may run into issues where they don't have anything in stock but they will order it and you'll get it pretty quick.

  Recently visited the Saratoga store looking for some advice on some electronics. Met 2 experts that knew the product and showed us some ways to save some money on the purchase. A little further to the Saratoga store, but will only go there from now on. Thank you for your assistance Charlie R and Mike G!
