  Exceptional service from Ararad at the Plainview location! We traveled all the way from NYC to get my Dyson Supersonic inspected after it suddenly stopped working. Understanding our long commute, Ararad expedited the diagnostic process. While the device unfortunately couldn't be repaired due to a motherboard issue, Ararad was incredibly helpful in laying out our options (refurbished replacement vs. a new device discount).Since my dryer is a limited-edition color, I had a hard time deciding. Ararad was remarkably patient, spent a lot of time answering our endless questions, and even checked inventory for my specific color. He never once showed an ounce of frustration during our back-and-forth. Thank you, Ararad, for your kindness, patience, and helpful insights!

  I was helped by John- and he quickly diagnosed my problem, and under warranty replaced my defective Dyson motor. Another, unauthorized repair place located in Farmingdale was clueless as to what my problem was and just wasted my time. I would strongly recommend going here to COMPETENT AUTHORIZED REPAIR CENTER for any Dyson repair!

  Amazing service! Went in with my Dyson air wrap, Ara gave amazing customer service and explained everything so clearly! Was able to fix within the day, definitely recommend!

  I just came into this Dyson Service Center and the customer service deserves 5/5 and beyond. I came in with my sister’s two Airwraps for cleaning and one of them needed a motor replacement, which could have resulted in a total replacement. My sister was supposed to get the unit replaced by Dyson long ago but Dyson lost the case number; however, she kept documented evidence with the tracking information just in case. I shared this information with the representative and was prepared to pay out of pocket but he laid out feasible options with clear communication and also went out of the way to call Dyson about the incident. The representative was so kind and issued a no-cost replacement and I have never been so grateful for such care. Thank you, Plainview reps!
