Was told to pick it up, and when I arrived they said they couldn’t replicate it and didn’t do anything. Brought it home and it did it right away. Wasted my warranty repair period and left me with a purifier that doesn’t work correctly.

I was told it could be there for a few days while it was being diagnosed. I went to the store 6/12 and Ben, John and Araed were absolutely AMAZING. Got the airdrop back within minutes. My daughter says it works better than before. I highly recommend anyone who has issues with their Dyson to go to the store rather than ship it.
