  My first experience here was amazing the nice older gentleman behind the counter was nice personable and awesome all around. So today I went in because my boyfriend had factory reset the phone so we had to get the plant put back on the phone so we go in and automatically there’s this girl there and you could tell she’s not too happy to be there. She’s got like these bottles of beads and things hanging over her hair and like dreads and she’s like a white lady but whatever that’s hidden over there so she proceeds to like ask us the passcode. We only made one passcode to say it’s not the right passcode so you make a new account she makes the phone number and doesn’t ask the zipper area code they wanted meanwhile the original number was that area code. Do you think you would ask like do you want the same number or do you want to say like area code? Whatever so I asked her if she had changed them because she didn’t say anything and she said yeah she changed it to the area code of the area which is not what we wanted and she says if I’m gonna continuous receive pushback from you when I asked you to leave so I was like oh wow that’s crazy cause last time we heard the other guy was so nice and then she was like well. I want to help you but if you if I continue to receive pushback. I’m gonna ask you to leave and then she asked me to leave so my thing is is why right then proceeds to continue to say I won’t deal with you. You have to stay outside, but I’ll deal with your boyfriend. Funny how that works right so he goes in there. I get mad cause I know she’s talking smack then she not calling the police like I was doing something to her. My thing is if you don’t wanna work in customer service, don’t you know don’t bother police with bullshit that you got going on not to mention nobody’s even doing anything to you and literally we were saying the whole time she was rude asking for his ZIP Code, but she has his ID in his hand. I just weird shit so yeah I mean I would recommend going there when the nice guy is there

  Incompetent can't even answer the phone. Customer service is atrocious and the phone service sucks too

  This was the worst experience that I ever had. I go to this place and I talked to a lady behind the counter and she's give me a price quote on a Samsung phone so I said okay I'll be back tomorrow I'll talk to the wife. I come on back and the lady that's there with the dreadlocks tells me that never happened. That phone is more money now. Instead she told me to buy a Moto g-2026. I really didn't want this phone however she said that was in my price range. I pay for everything including the activation fee and I get home to go and charge the phone and it has a fast charging cord. So I plug it into my charging block that I already have that I use for my other phone. I look at it this morning and it's still on 22%, it will work on a regular charger. Why would you give out a fast charging cord with your device and it doesn't even work?

  I went in today and spoke with Kate, she was very helpful, and was one of the best sales reps I’ve ever had at that Cricket. I highly recommend going in and asking for her when she is working.

  The girl with the dreads is so rude and nasty. She treats customers terribly and I never have a good experience when she is working
